The survey is open to all parents of children in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade with an Individual Educational Plan (IEP) who are receiving ESE services. The survey is not intended for parents of students who are receiving only gifted services through an Educational Plan (EP).

The FDOE Annual ESE Parent Survey response window is open now through Tuesday, May 31, 2022.  

Complete the survey online at www.esesurvey.com.  The survey is easily accessible via computer or smart phone. Once the survey is completed online, submission of the paper survey is no longer necessary.

The School Climate Surveys are an integral part of the district’s efforts to promote school improvement and educational accountability. School Climate Surveys of parents, students, and staff have been annually administered in the Miami-Dade County Public School district since the early 1990s. The purpose of these surveys is to gather information regarding what these groups think about the school and their perceptions concerning how the school can be improved.

All responses are due by Monday, May 16, 2022.

Each year, the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) Department of Title I Administration conducts a parent/family engagement survey designed to obtain feedback and information about the parent and family engagement services being provided. The purpose of the survey is to enhance and plan for future support services that empower parents to better support their child’s education.

The 2021-2022 M-DCPS Title I Parent/Family Engagement Survey will be available online from Thursday, March 10, 2022, through Thursday, June 30, 2022. This survey is open to all parents of children attending schools implementing the Title I Schoolwide Program. The online survey is available in English, Spanish, and Haitian-Creole.
